As an Area Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in managing SPG (Sales Promotion Girls) and SPB (Sales Promotion Boys) teams, ensuring seamless execution of promotional campaigns, merchandising standards, and customer engagement strategies. Your leadership will directly impact brand performance, market penetration, and revenue growth in one of Indonesia’s most dynamic consumer markets.

Responsibility
- Lead and supervise SPG/SPB teams across assigned retail locations in Bali, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and promotional objectives.
- Develop and implement in-store activation strategies to maximize product visibility, customer engagement, and sales conversion.
- Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing coaching, training, and feedback to drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with brand managers and retail partners to execute merchandising plans, stock replenishment, and promotional calendars.
- Conduct regular market visits and audits to ensure compliance with brand standards, hygiene protocols, and operational procedures.
- Analyze sales data and KPIs to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for optimization in retail execution.
- Manage budgets and resources efficiently, including promotional materials, uniforms, and logistical support for field teams.
- Foster strong relationships with retail stakeholders, including store managers and distributors, to secure prime placement and support.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in managing SPG/SPB teams, preferably in the FMCG or retail industry.
- Proven track record in field sales, merchandising, or brand activation within high-traffic retail environments.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop large, distributed teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Familiarity with Bali’s retail landscape (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.) and consumer behavior trends is a plus.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales reports, KPIs, and market data to drive decision-making.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel frequently across assigned areas in Bali.
