As a Brand Ambassador, you will represent our clientâs trusted health products in high-traffic retail environments, pharmacies, and wellness events across Bali. Your role will involve educating customers on the benefits of our supplements, conducting product demonstrations, and building lasting relationships with clients who prioritize their well-being.

Responsibility
- Conduct in-store and event-based promotions of honey, vitamins, and health supplements to drive sales and brand awareness.
- Engage with customers through product demonstrations, sampling, and personalized consultations to highlight key benefits.
- Educate consumers on the health advantages, usage, and scientific backing of the products to build trust and credibility.
- Collaborate with retail partners and pharmacy staff to optimize product placement and visibility.
- Collect and report customer feedback, market trends, and competitor insights to refine promotional strategies.
- Maintain a professional and approachable demeanor, embodying the brandâs values of health, integrity, and excellence.
- Participate in wellness fairs, pop-up events, and community outreach programs to expand brand reach.
- Track and achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, retail, customer service, or brand promotion, preferably in the health, wellness, or pharmaceutical sectors.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a natural ability to connect with diverse audiences.
- Passion for health, nutrition, and wellness with a willingness to stay updated on industry trends.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Outgoing, confident, and comfortable engaging with customers in high-traffic environments.
- Strong presentation and public speaking skills for product demonstrations.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and events, as required.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and a commitment to achieving targets.
