Responsibility
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets by implementing effective sales strategies and promotions.
- Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and store presentation.
- Manage and lead a team of retail associates, providing training, coaching, and performance feedback.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock counts and timely replenishment.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, resolving customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and visual merchandising standards.
- Analyze sales reports and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Collaborate with the management team to implement marketing initiatives and in-store events.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail supervisory or managerial role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving store performance.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
- Knowledge of inventory management, visual merchandising, and retail operations.
- Proficiency in using POS systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
