Responsibility

- Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of sales associates to deliver outstanding customer service and meet performance goals.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock counts and timely replenishment.
- Ensure the store is well-merchandised, clean, and visually appealing to attract and retain customers.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and promptly.
- Implement and enforce company policies, procedures, and standards to maintain a high level of operational efficiency.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on sales performance, inventory status, and other key metrics.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail supervisory or managerial role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
