Responsibility

  • Oversee daily operations of multiple retail stores across Bali, ensuring consistency in service, branding, and customer experience.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate store managers and teams to maximize performance and productivity.
  • Conduct regular store visits to assess operations, provide coaching, and address any challenges or opportunities.
  • Monitor inventory levels, stock movement, and supply chain logistics to ensure optimal product availability.
  • Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and growth.
  • Collaborate with marketing and merchandising teams to execute promotions, product launches, and in-store events.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, local regulations, and health/safety standards across all locations.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in retail management, with at least 2 years in an area or multi-store management role.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth, improving operational efficiency, and leading high-performing teams.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, develop, and manage teams across multiple locations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Hands-on approach with a willingness to travel frequently within Bali for store visits and field work.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data, KPIs, and market trends to make informed decisions.
  • Experience with inventory management, supply chain logistics, and retail software systems.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.
