Responsibility
- Provide personalized beauty consultations to customers, identifying their needs and recommending tailored fragrance and cosmetic solutions.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through proactive customer engagement and upselling techniques.
- Maintain in-depth product knowledge of luxury beauty brands, including ingredients, benefits, and application methods.
- Deliver exceptional in-store experiences by offering samples, demonstrations, and expert advice.
- Build and nurture long-term customer relationships to foster repeat business and brand advocacy.
- Ensure the retail space is visually merchandised to brand standards, with products neatly displayed and stocked.
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/credit payments with integrity.
- Collaborate with the store team to execute promotions, events, and inventory management efficiently.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in retail, preferably in beauty, cosmetics, or luxury goods.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Passion for beauty and fragrance with a keen interest in industry trends.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and peak travel seasons.
- Fluent in English; additional languages (e.g., Mandarin, Indonesian) are a plus.
- Proven sales track record and ability to meet or exceed targets.
- Well-groomed, professional appearance with a confident and approachable demeanor.
- Basic computer skills for POS systems and inventory management.
