Responsibility
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service, assisting visitors with photo printing, product inquiries, and store services.
- Operate and maintain photobox equipment, ensuring high-quality prints and smooth functionality.
- Manage daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management.
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend products or services that enhance their experience.
- Monitor stock levels, restock merchandise, and coordinate with the team to ensure product availability.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment to create a welcoming atmosphere.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and contribute to store performance.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; retail or customer service experience is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Basic technical skills to operate photobox equipment and troubleshoot minor issues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required by the store schedule.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages (e.g., Mandarin, Japanese) are a bonus.
- Passion for photography, retail, or customer service is highly desirable.
