Responsibility
- Promote and sell premium health supplements to customers in retail or direct-to-consumer settings.
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets through proactive outreach and relationship-building.
- Educate customers on product benefits, usage, and health advantages with a consultative approach.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotions, discounts, and loyalty programs.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, customer feedback, and inventory levels.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and emerging health supplement innovations.
- Provide exceptional post-sale support to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in sales, retail, or customer service (health/wellness industry is a plus).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a persuasive, customer-centric approach.
- Self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for exceeding goals.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of health supplements, nutrition, or wellness (training provided).
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are advantageous.
- Willingness to travel within assigned areas in Bali (e.g., Canggu, Ubud, Kuta).
