Note: This position is based in Bali, Indonesia, with opportunities across multiple premium retail locations.
Responsibility
- Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting, assisting, and engaging with customers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Drive sales by promoting products, upselling, and ensuring customers leave with a memorable shopping experience.
- Provide accurate and detailed product information, including ingredients, origins, and unique selling points of Laderach chocolates, TWG teas, and Bacha Coffee.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing retail environment that aligns with brand standards.
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately, including processing sales, returns, and exchanges.
- Build and nurture long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat business and brand loyalty.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and brand initiatives to effectively communicate with customers.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock replenishment, merchandising, and reporting discrepancies.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service, preferably in a luxury or premium environment.
- Strong communication skills in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin, French) are a plus.
- Passion for luxury brands and a genuine interest in chocolates, teas, or specialty coffee.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.
- Basic numeracy skills for handling cash and processing transactions.
- Flexibility to work on weekends, holidays, and during peak hours, as required by the retail schedule.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in retail or hospitality are advantageous.
- Friendly, approachable, and confident with a strong customer-first mindset.
