Responsibility
- Oversee daily store operations, ensuring smooth workflows and adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of retail associates to deliver outstanding customer service and meet sales targets.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized store environment in compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Monitor inventory levels, coordinate stock replenishment, and ensure accurate product displays and merchandising.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations professionally to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Prepare and submit sales reports, operational metrics, and other administrative documentation as required.
- Collaborate with the management team to implement promotional strategies and achieve business objectives.
Qualifications
- Minimum Senior High School diploma; a bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in a supervisory or leadership role within the retail industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to lead and inspire a diverse team.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., POS systems, Microsoft Office) and inventory management tools.
- Familiarity with retail KPIs, sales targets, and performance tracking.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by store operations.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian is highly preferred.
