Responsibility
- Conduct comprehensive market surveys to assess the distribution and sales performance of tobacco products in assigned areas (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, Badung).
- Identify and document key retail outlets, including traditional warungs, minimarkets, and modern trade stores, ensuring accurate data collection.
- Gather and analyze competitive intelligence, including pricing, promotions, and product availability, to inform strategic decisions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers to enhance product visibility and sales opportunities.
- Submit detailed, timely reports on market trends, challenges, and opportunities to the management team.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to implement data-driven strategies for market expansion.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations during field activities.
- Utilize digital tools and mobile applications for efficient data collection and reporting.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in market research or business is a plus.
- Proven experience in market surveys, retail audits, or field sales (experience in tobacco or FMCG is advantageous).
- Strong observational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to gather accurate and actionable data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision in a field-based role.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and mobile data collection tools.
- Reliable transportation (motorcycle or car) and willingness to travel within assigned areas.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, to meet survey deadlines.
