Responsibility
- Develop and refine visual merchandising strategies to enhance brand visibility and customer experience in retail and exhibition settings.
- Collaborate with assistant merchandisers to create and present innovative design concepts aligned with brand guidelines.
- Oversee production timelines for displays, signage, and exhibition materials, ensuring on-time delivery and quality standards.
- Monitor project budgets and costs, optimizing resources while maintaining high-quality outputs.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to execute end-to-end exhibition setups, from planning to dismantling.
- Conduct post-event analysis to measure success metrics (e.g., foot traffic, engagement) and propose improvements.
- Stay updated on industry trends in retail design, visual merchandising, and exhibition technologies.
- Train and mentor junior staff on best practices in visual presentation and space utilization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Visual Arts, Design, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in visual merchandising, exhibition design, or retail space planning.
- Proven portfolio showcasing creative design projects in retail or event environments.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple deadlines and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, AutoCAD) and MS Office.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate design concepts to non-technical teams.
- Familiarity with budgeting and cost control in large-scale projects.
- Willingness to travel or relocate to Bali (preferred: Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, or surrounding areas).
