Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service and product demonstrations for Apple products
- Assist customers with product selection, setup, and troubleshooting
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of Apple's product ecosystem and services
- Process sales transactions and handle customer inquiries professionally
- Ensure store presentation meets Apple's high standards
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs
- Handle customer complaints and escalations with empathy and efficiency
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of retail or customer service experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for technology and Apple products
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic technical troubleshooting skills
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
- High school diploma or equivalent
