As a Store Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing daily store operations, ensuring compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Your leadership will directly impact recruitment, training, promotions, inventory management, and financial performance, making this role both challenging and rewarding.
Based in Bali’s most sought-after locations—Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung—you’ll work in a fast-paced environment where your strategic thinking and hands-on approach will shape the success of our retail outlets. Whether you’re optimizing stock levels, coaching team members, or analyzing sales data, your contributions will be key to maintaining Erajaya’s reputation for excellence.
Responsibility
- Oversee daily store operations, ensuring adherence to company SOPs for recruitment, training, promotions, finance, and inventory management.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing retail team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), including sales, stock levels, and operational efficiency.
- Implement promotional strategies and visual merchandising standards to drive foot traffic and maximize revenue.
- Ensure compliance with financial procedures, including cash handling, expense tracking, and budget adherence.
- Conduct regular audits of inventory, reconcile stock discrepancies, and coordinate with supply chain teams to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues as needed to maintain a positive brand image.
- Collaborate with regional managers to align store operations with company-wide goals and initiatives.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the retail industry, preferably in consumer electronics, fashion, or FMCG.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth, improving operational efficiency, and leading teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of retail SOPs, inventory management, and financial reporting.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and retail management software; familiarity with POS systems is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to meet business demands.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian (written and verbal) is required.
- Based in or willing to relocate to Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung).
