Responsibility
- Implement and monitor compliance with company SOPs across recruitment, training, promotions, finance, and operations.
- Lead and motivate the store team to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.
- Oversee inventory management, ensuring accurate stock levels and minimizing shrinkage.
- Develop and execute in-store promotional activities to drive foot traffic and sales.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching to team members.
- Ensure the store adheres to financial policies, including cash handling and reporting.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
- Collaborate with regional managers to align store operations with company goals.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in retail supervision or management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and operational excellence.
- Knowledge of retail SOPs, inventory management, and financial processes.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Familiarity with retail software and POS systems is a plus.
- Willingness to relocate or work across various locations in Bali.
