Responsibility
- Implement and monitor compliance with company SOPs across recruitment, training, promotions, finance, inventory, and daily operations.
- Lead, mentor, and develop store staff to ensure high performance and exceptional customer service.
- Oversee inventory management, stock replenishment, and merchandising to meet sales targets.
- Analyze sales reports and KPIs to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
- Ensure a safe, clean, and organized store environment in alignment with brand standards.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations with professionalism and efficiency.
- Collaborate with regional managers to execute promotional campaigns and achieve business objectives.
- Maintain accurate financial records, including cash handling, sales transactions, and expense reports.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in retail supervision or store management.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to motivate and develop teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proficiency in inventory management, POS systems, and retail analytics tools.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field is a plus.
