Responsibility
- Oversee and maintain visual merchandising standards across all stores in the Bali region, ensuring brand consistency and appeal.
- Develop and execute creative display plans and guidelines for new product introductions (NPI) and seasonal campaigns.
- Lead and mentor a team of visual merchandisers, providing training and feedback to elevate their skills.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align visual strategies with promotional goals and customer trends.
- Conduct regular store visits to assess display effectiveness, making real-time adjustments to optimize customer engagement.
- Manage inventory and props for displays, ensuring resources are used efficiently and sustainably.
- Analyze sales data and customer feedback to refine merchandising approaches and drive performance.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in retail design, incorporating innovative techniques to enhance store aesthetics.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Visual Merchandising, Retail Management, Design, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in visual merchandising, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative retail displays and leadership in merchandising projects.
- Excellent communication and team leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a team.
- Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp) and retail management tools.
- Deep understanding of retail trends, customer behavior, and brand storytelling through visuals.
- Ability to travel across Bali and work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
