Responsibility
- Lead and supervise a team of retail staff, ensuring high levels of customer service and operational efficiency.
- Oversee daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management.
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet or exceed targets.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate staff to foster a high-performing and motivated team.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues as needed to maintain satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and retail standards.
- Coordinate with other departments to streamline processes and improve workflow.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on sales, staff performance, and operational metrics.
Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of experience in the retail industry or related field.
- At least 3 years of proven experience as a Store Supervisor or similar leadership role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in retail management software and POS systems.
- Excellent customer service orientation with a focus on team development.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
