Responsibility
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting, assisting, and engaging with customers to meet their needs.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets through proactive selling techniques.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor in accordance with company standards.
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/card payments with integrity.
- Monitor inventory levels, restock merchandise, and assist in conducting regular stock audits.
- Stay updated on product knowledge to effectively communicate features, benefits, and promotions.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations and a positive work environment.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally and efficiently.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in retail or business is a plus.
- Proven experience in retail, sales, or customer service roles (minimum 1 year preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
