Responsibility
- Supervise and lead a team of retail staff to ensure high performance, adherence to company policies, and exceptional customer service.
- Oversee inventory management, including stock levels, ordering, and distribution, to meet demand and minimize waste.
- Coordinate the opening of new retail stations, ensuring all operational, branding, and compliance standards are met.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to maintain consistency in product quality, store presentation, and service delivery.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve sales, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction across assigned locations.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), providing actionable insights to senior management.
- Train, mentor, and motivate staff to foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Liaise with cross-functional teams, including marketing, logistics, and HR, to align on business objectives and resolve operational challenges.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in retail operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Proven track record of managing multiple locations, teams, and inventory systems in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to inspire and drive results.
- Proficiency in inventory management software, POS systems, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic setting.
- Familiarity with retail compliance, health and safety regulations, and local market trends in Bali.
- Willingness to travel within assigned areas and work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
