Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with product inquiries, demonstrations, and purchases.
- Drive sales of IT and tech products, including smartphones, laptops, accessories, and other electronic devices.
- Operate and manage point-of-sale (POS) systems, including processing transactions, handling cash, and maintaining accurate records.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing retail environment to enhance the customer experience.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, promotions, and industry trends to effectively communicate with customers.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to store success.
- Handle customer complaints or issues professionally and escalate to management when necessary.
- Participate in inventory management, including stock checks, restocking, and reporting discrepancies.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in retail sales, customer service, or a related field (fresh graduates with a passion for sales are encouraged to apply).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers and team members.
- Basic knowledge of IT and tech products is a plus, but training will be provided.
- Proficiency in operating POS systems and handling cash transactions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages (Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin, etc.) are a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by the retail schedule.
