Responsibility
- Lead and motivate a team of retail associates to achieve sales targets and operational goals.
- Oversee daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, brand standards, and health/safety regulations.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive foot traffic, customer engagement, and revenue growth.
- Monitor KPIs (e.g., sales per square meter, conversion rates) and prepare performance reports for management.
- Train, coach, and mentor staff to enhance product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills.
- Resolve customer complaints professionally and escalate issues as needed.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to execute promotions, visual merchandising, and in-store events.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in retail management, preferably in a leadership role (e.g., Store Manager, Assistant Manager).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and operational metrics.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to inspire and manage teams.
- Proficiency in POS systems, inventory software, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours as required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field (preferred).
