Responsibility
- Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Ensure a safe and clean store environment for both employees and customers.
- Lead and motivate a team of retail associates to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure product availability.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and efficiently.
- Implement and enforce company policies, procedures, and standards.
- Conduct regular staff training and performance evaluations.
- Collaborate with the store manager to develop and execute sales and promotional strategies.
Qualifications
- Minimum of a Senior High School diploma; a Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in a retail or customer service role, with at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
- Knowledge of retail best practices and trends is an advantage.
