Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers in selecting the right gadget accessories.
- Manage and maintain store inventory, ensuring stock levels are accurate and products are well-organized.
- Process sales transactions efficiently using POS systems and handle cash and card payments.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and administrative documentation.
- Ensure the store is clean, presentable, and aligned with brand standards at all times.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally and promptly.
- Collaborate with the store manager to implement promotional activities and sales strategies.
- Stay updated on the latest gadget trends and product knowledge to provide informed recommendations.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; retail experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
