Responsibility
- Conduct field visits to retail stores, warungs, and outlets to promote and sell company products.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through effective product demonstrations and negotiations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with store owners and managers to ensure repeat business.
- Track inventory levels at assigned outlets and coordinate restocking as needed.
- Provide feedback on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Participate in promotional events, blitz campaigns, and trade activations.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and order placements.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for increasing product visibility and sales.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma; bachelorâs degree in marketing, business, or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in sales, retail, or field promotion (preferred but not required).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse customers.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach to meeting sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Baliâs retail landscape and local business culture is an advantage.
- Ownership of a motorcycle and valid driverâs license for field mobility.
- Proficiency in basic digital tools (e.g., CRM software, mobile apps) for reporting and tracking.
