Join our dynamic retail team in Bali as a Retail Supervisor / Assistant Supervisor and play a pivotal role in shaping exceptional shopping experiences across our Apparel and Hardline departments. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a high-performing team in some of Bali's most vibrant retail destinations, including Canggu, Ubud, Seminyak, Kuta, and Nusa Dua.
In this hands-on leadership position, you'll oversee daily operations, drive sales performance, and ensure our customers receive world-class service in our premium retail environments. You'll work closely with department managers to implement merchandising strategies, maintain visual standards, and create engaging product displays that reflect Bali's unique blend of local culture and international retail excellence.

Responsibility
- Supervise daily operations of Apparel and Hardline departments, ensuring smooth workflow and exceptional customer service
- Lead, train, and motivate retail staff to achieve sales targets and maintain high service standards
- Implement merchandising strategies and maintain visual presentation standards across all product categories
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct stock takes, and coordinate with purchasing teams for optimal product availability
- Handle customer escalations and ensure resolution of service issues to maintain brand reputation
- Analyze sales performance data and implement action plans to drive revenue growth
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and local employment laws
- Collaborate with other department supervisors to create a cohesive retail experience
Qualifications
- Minimum 2-3 years of retail supervisory experience, preferably in apparel and/or hardline departments
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing retail operations
- Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate and develop team members
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional Indonesian language skills are a plus)
- Experience with inventory management and visual merchandising techniques
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays in a tourism-driven market
- Computer literacy with experience using retail management software and POS systems
- Understanding of Bali's retail market and customer demographics is advantageous
