Responsibility
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting, assisting, and engaging with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Assist customers with product selection, offering expert advice and recommendations to enhance their shopping experience.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems, including cash, credit, and mobile payments.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment, including stocking shelves, arranging displays, and restocking inventory.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns with empathy and problem-solving skills to ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and contribute to store performance goals.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
- Assist in inventory management, including receiving shipments, conducting stock checks, and reporting discrepancies.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail, customer service, or a related field (fresh graduates with strong interpersonal skills are welcome to apply).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and peak shopping periods.
