Responsibility
- Process customer transactions accurately using POS systems, including cash, credit, and digital payments.
- Provide friendly, efficient, and professional service to all customers, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns.
- Balance cash registers at the start and end of shifts, ensuring financial accuracy and reporting discrepancies.
- Assist in stock replenishment, merchandising, and maintaining a clean, organized checkout area.
- Handle returns, exchanges, and refunds in accordance with company policies.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
- Upsell products and promote ongoing store promotions to enhance customer experience.
- Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene standards in compliance with local regulations.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; prior retail or cashier experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages, especially Bahasa Indonesia, are advantageous).
- Strong numerical and basic computer skills for accurate transaction processing.
- Customer-focused mindset with a friendly, patient, and professional demeanor.
