Responsibility
- Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle based on their needs and budget.
- Provide detailed product information, including features, pricing, and financing options.
- Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle functionalities professionally.
- Follow up with potential and existing customers to close sales and ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and customer interactions.
- Collaborate with the finance and service teams to facilitate smooth vehicle deliveries.
- Participate in promotional events and marketing campaigns to attract new clients.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new models, and competitive offerings.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma; bachelor’s degree in business or related field is a plus.
- Previous sales experience (automotive preferred but not required).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for automotive products.
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM software).
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends.
- Valid driver’s license is an advantage.
