Responsibility
- Oversee and maintain visual merchandising standards across all assigned stores in Bali, ensuring consistency and brand alignment.
- Develop and implement creative display plans and guidelines for new product introductions (NPI) and promotional campaigns.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and store management teams to execute visually compelling in-store presentations.
- Train and mentor store staff on visual merchandising best practices, including product placement, signage, and seasonal themes.
- Conduct regular store visits to audit visual standards, provide feedback, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to ensure our visual merchandising strategies remain innovative and competitive.
- Manage budgets and resources for visual merchandising projects, ensuring cost-effective and high-impact executions.
- Report on the effectiveness of visual merchandising initiatives and recommend improvements based on sales data and customer feedback.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Visual Merchandising, Retail Management, Design, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in visual merchandising, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative and effective visual merchandising projects.
- Excellent understanding of retail trends, consumer behavior, and brand storytelling through visual displays.
- Proficient in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to travel frequently across assigned store locations in Bali.
- Strong organizational and project management skills to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
