Join Erajaya as a Visual Merchandiser Manager and lead the creative vision for our retail stores across Bali. Responsibility
- Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies that align with brand guidelines and business objectives.
- Create and distribute display planning and guidelines for new product introductions (NPI) and promotional campaigns.
- Ensure consistency in visual merchandising standards across all stores in the assigned region.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and store operations teams to execute cohesive in-store presentations.
- Train and mentor store teams on visual merchandising best practices and compliance with brand standards.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to innovate and enhance in-store visual experiences.
- Conduct regular store visits to audit visual merchandising execution and provide actionable feedback.
- Manage budgets and resources for visual merchandising projects, ensuring cost-effective solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Visual Merchandising, Retail Management, Design, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in visual merchandising, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Proven track record of creating impactful in-store displays that drive sales and customer engagement.
- Strong understanding of retail trends, consumer behavior, and brand positioning.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to train and guide store teams.
- Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel across assigned regions as needed.
