Responsibility
- Lead and supervise a team of retail sales associates to achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive foot traffic, conversion rates, and customer loyalty.
- Monitor daily store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and cash handling procedures.
- Train, coach, and motivate staff to deliver outstanding customer service and uphold company standards.
- Analyze sales performance data and prepare reports to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and retail best practices.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to execute promotions, in-store events, and seasonal campaigns.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues as needed to maintain a positive brand image.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in retail sales, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to inspire and manage a diverse team.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach to service.
- Proficiency in POS systems, inventory management software, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by retail operations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
