Responsibility
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by implementing effective sales strategies and monitoring performance across assigned areas.
- Analyze productivity and performance metrics for each brand to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
- Manage inventory levels, minimize shrinkage, and ensure accurate stock records to optimize operational efficiency.
- Lead, mentor, and develop Sales Associates (SAs) to enhance their skills, productivity, and customer service excellence.
- Conduct regular store visits to assess operational standards, visual merchandising, and compliance with company policies.
- Collaborate with the regional team to develop and execute promotional campaigns and sales initiatives.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to provide insights and recommendations for business growth.
- Ensure a positive and engaging customer experience by maintaining high standards of service and store presentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail sales or supervision, preferably in the consumer products industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving team performance.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills to effectively manage and motivate teams.
- Proficiency in inventory management and shrinkage control techniques.
- Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Willingness to travel across assigned areas in Bali and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
