As a Sales Product Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in promoting our building materials portfolio, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving sales targets. You will work closely with our marketing and technical teams to provide expert advice, resolve customer inquiries, and identify new business opportunities. Responsibility
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets for building materials in the Bali region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, agents, applicators, and project stakeholders to drive sales growth.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction, address concerns, and identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities.
- Provide technical product knowledge and support to clients, including recommendations on material selection, usage, and best practices.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to organize promotional events, product demonstrations, and training sessions for clients.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities and areas for improvement.
- Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to management on a regular basis.
- Represent Batara Surya Semesta at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the building materials, construction, or retail industry.
- Strong understanding of building materials, including cement, tiles, steel, or other construction products.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required; additional languages are a plus.
- Willingness to travel within Bali to meet clients and attend industry events.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
