Responsibility
- Design and implement visually appealing in-store displays that align with Smiggleâs brand identity.
- Ensure products are merchandised in a way that maximizes sales and enhances the customer experience.
- Collaborate with the store team to maintain a clean, organized, and inviting store environment.
- Stay updated on current retail trends and incorporate them into visual merchandising strategies.
- Train and guide store staff on visual merchandising best practices.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure products are restocked and displayed correctly.
- Assist in planning and executing promotional events and seasonal campaigns.
- Provide feedback and suggestions for improving store layouts and product placement.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in visual merchandising, retail, or a related field.
- Strong creative and design skills with an eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Passion for the Smiggle brand and its products.
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
- Basic knowledge of retail software and inventory management systems is a plus.
- Physical ability to lift and move merchandise as required.
