Responsibility
- Oversee daily retail operations, including opening/closing procedures, inventory management, and cash handling.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of retail associates to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Monitor sales performance, set targets, and implement strategies to achieve revenue goals.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health/safety standards, and local regulations.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations with professionalism and efficiency.
- Coordinate with the procurement team to maintain optimal stock levels and product freshness.
- Conduct regular audits of merchandise displays, pricing accuracy, and promotional compliance.
- Foster a positive work environment by resolving team conflicts and recognizing outstanding performance.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in a retail supervisory or management role, preferably in F&B or gourmet retail.
- Proven ability to lead teams, delegate tasks, and drive operational excellence.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers and staff.
- Familiarity with POS systems, inventory software, and basic financial reporting.
- High attention to detail and problem-solving skills to address operational challenges.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by business needs.
- Passion for the food/retail industry and a commitment to delivering premium service.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
