Responsibility
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of product display areas to ensure an appealing shopping experience.
- Greet and engage with customers, providing friendly and knowledgeable assistance to enhance their shopping experience.
- Assist customers in locating products, answering questions, and offering recommendations based on their needs.
- Monitor inventory levels and restock merchandise as needed to ensure product availability.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale systems.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve daily sales targets and promotional goals.
- Report any issues with products, displays, or customer concerns to the store manager.
- Uphold company standards for visual merchandising and store presentation.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior retail experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and inventory checks.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong attention to detail, especially in maintaining store cleanliness and product organization.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light to moderate weights.
