Responsibility
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive customer engagement and product knowledge.
- Provide outstanding in-store customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for every visitor.
- Assist customers with product inquiries, recommendations, and purchases, demonstrating a deep understanding of the product line.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor to enhance the shopping environment.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems and handle cash/credit payments.
- Collaborate with team members to meet store goals, share best practices, and support a high-performance culture.
- Participate in inventory management, including stocking, restocking, and conducting regular audits.
- Stay updated on promotions, new arrivals, and industry trends to effectively upsell and cross-sell products.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail sales, customer service, or a related field (minimum 1 year preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets under pressure.
- Basic proficiency in POS systems, cash handling, and inventory management.
