Responsibility
- Design and implement visually appealing store layouts and product displays that align with brand guidelines and seasonal themes.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop promotional strategies and in-store campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze customer traffic and sales data to optimize product placement and display effectiveness.
- Ensure all visual merchandising standards are consistently maintained across all store locations.
- Train and guide store staff on visual merchandising best practices and display techniques.
- Source and manage props, signage, and decorative elements to enhance the overall store aesthetic.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to bring innovative ideas to the team.
- Assist in inventory management by ensuring products are stocked and displayed in a timely manner.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Visual Merchandiser or in a similar role within the retail industry.
- Strong creative and design skills with an eye for detail and aesthetics.
- Proficiency in using design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator) is a plus.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to analyze sales data and customer behavior to make informed merchandising decisions.
- Flexibility to work in various locations across Bali and adapt to changing retail environments.
- Knowledge of current retail trends and best practices in visual merchandising.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Design, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
