Responsibility
- Develop and execute creative visual merchandising strategies to enhance store aesthetics and customer engagement.
- Design and install window displays, signage, and interior layouts that align with brand guidelines and seasonal campaigns.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure visuals support promotional goals and product launches.
- Monitor and analyze customer traffic patterns to optimize product placement and display effectiveness.
- Train and mentor store staff on visual merchandising standards, including fixture usage, lighting, and color coordination.
- Source and manage props, mannequins, and decorative elements to maintain fresh, on-trend displays.
- Conduct regular store audits to ensure consistency in visual presentation across all locations.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in retail design and adapt strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in visual merchandising, retail design, or a related field, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Proven portfolio showcasing creative display designs and space utilization in retail environments.
- Strong understanding of color theory, lighting, and spatial design principles.
- Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp) is a plus.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills to meet tight deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, multi-location setting.
- Familiarity with retail KPIs (e.g., foot traffic, conversion rates) and how visuals impact them.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian; additional languages are advantageous.
