Responsibility
- Develop and execute visual merchandising strategies for mall interiors, exteriors, and seasonal campaigns to align with brand guidelines.
- Design and produce signage, banners, window displays, and digital graphics that enhance customer experience and brand visibility.
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and vendor teams to ensure timely project delivery and adherence to budgets.
- Conduct site visits and space assessments to optimize display layouts for maximum impact and accessibility.
- Source and manage materials, props, and suppliers while maintaining cost efficiency and quality standards.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in retail design, color schemes, and consumer preferences to keep displays fresh and engaging.
- Oversee installation and dismantling of displays, ensuring safety, durability, and compliance with mall regulations.
- Create mockups and presentations for stakeholder approval, incorporating feedback to refine designs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Interior Design, or related fields.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in visual merchandising, retail design, or exhibition design.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and 3D modeling tools (e.g., SketchUp, AutoCAD) is a plus.
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative retail or commercial design projects.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills to handle multiple deadlines.
- Knowledge of print production processes, materials, and color management.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multicultural team environment.
- Familiarity with SEO principles for visual content and digital display integration is advantageous.
