Responsibility
- Lead and manage interior design projects from concept to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with architects, designers, contractors, and suppliers to align project deliverables and resolve any issues.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, including milestones, deadlines, and resource allocation.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address challenges, and ensure compliance with design specifications.
- Facilitate client meetings, presentations, and approvals to ensure alignment with project goals and expectations.
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, budgets, and change orders.
- Identify risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
- Ensure all projects meet safety, sustainability, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in interior design, architecture, or a related field (minimum 3 years).
- Strong portfolio showcasing successful project management in residential, commercial, or hospitality design.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, Microsoft Project) and design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and permitting processes in Bali is a plus.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
