Responsibility
- Create detailed 2D/3D drafts and technical drawings using AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar software
- Develop interior design concepts, including space planning, color schemes, and material selection
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and clients to ensure design feasibility and alignment with project goals
- Prepare and present design proposals, mood boards, and 3D renderings to clients
- Conduct site visits to assess spatial requirements and monitor project progress
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and budget constraints
- Stay updated on design trends, materials, and technologies to enhance project outcomes
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Drafter, Interior Designer, or similar role (portfolio required)
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, or other design software
- Strong understanding of space planning, color theory, and material selection
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for client interactions
- Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment while meeting deadlines
- Knowledge of Indonesian building codes and regulations (preferred)
- Diploma or degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
- Experience with residential, commercial, or hospitality projects (a plus)
