Responsibility
- Assist in developing design concepts and presentations for clients, ensuring alignment with their vision and project goals.
- Create detailed drawings, 3D renderings, and mood boards using industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Collaborate with senior designers, architects, and contractors to ensure seamless execution of design plans.
- Source and select materials, finishes, and furnishings that meet project requirements and budget constraints.
- Conduct site visits and measurements to assess project feasibility and monitor progress.
- Prepare and present design proposals, including color schemes, layouts, and material specifications.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and sustainable design practices.
- Assist in project management tasks, including timelines, budgets, and client communications.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in interior design, preferably in residential or commercial projects.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative design solutions and technical skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey design ideas to clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also managing individual tasks efficiently.
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and sustainability practices in interior design.
