Responsibility
- Create precise 2D and 3D technical drawings using CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, SolidWorks, etc.).
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to interpret design concepts and specifications.
- Review and revise drawings based on feedback to ensure accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
- Prepare detailed layouts, schematics, and blueprints for construction, manufacturing, or engineering projects.
- Maintain organized digital files and documentation for all project deliverables.
- Stay updated on the latest drafting technologies, tools, and best practices.
- Ensure all drawings adhere to local building codes, regulations, and client requirements.
- Assist in estimating material quantities and costs for project planning.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Drafter in architectural, civil, or mechanical fields.
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar).
- Strong understanding of technical drawing standards, dimensions, and annotations.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and engineering specifications.
- Excellent attention to detail and spatial awareness.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Diploma or degree in Drafting, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field is a plus.
- Portfolio showcasing previous drafting projects is highly preferred.
