Responsibility
- Develop conceptual design plans for residential and commercial interiors, aligning with client vision and project goals.
- Create detailed 2D/3D renderings, mood boards, and material palettes using industry-standard software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar).
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless project execution from concept to completion.
- Source and specify high-quality furnishings, finishes, and decor within budget constraints.
- Oversee site inspections and renovations, ensuring adherence to design plans, timelines, and quality standards.
- Present design proposals to clients and stakeholders, incorporating feedback to refine final deliverables.
- Stay updated on emerging design trends, sustainable materials, and local Bali aesthetics to maintain a competitive edge.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines without compromising creativity.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field; Masterās degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in interior design, with a portfolio showcasing residential and commercial projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), and 3D visualization tools.
- Strong knowledge of space planning, color theory, lighting design, and material selection.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate design concepts to clients and teams.
- Proven ability to manage budgets, timelines, and vendor relationships effectively.
- Familiarity with Baliās construction regulations and local design trends is highly advantageous.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a bonus.
