Responsibility
- Develop and present design concepts, drawings, and specifications to clients and stakeholders.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure project feasibility and success.
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective completion.
- Conduct site visits and assessments to gather data and inform design decisions.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, zoning laws, and environmental regulations.
- Prepare detailed architectural plans, elevations, and sections using industry-standard software.
- Collaborate with interior designers and landscape architects to create cohesive and integrated designs.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Design Architect, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse projects.
- Proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey design ideas.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of sustainable design principles and green building practices.
- Familiarity with local building codes and regulations in Bali or similar regions.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing project requirements.
