Responsibility
- Oversee the translation of architectural designs into executable construction plans, ensuring alignment with project goals and client expectations.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to resolve design conflicts and optimize buildability without compromising aesthetic integrity.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, verify compliance with design specifications, and address any deviations promptly.
- Develop and maintain detailed documentation, including drawings, revisions, and as-built records, to ensure project traceability.
- Liaise with local authorities to secure necessary permits and approvals, ensuring all projects adhere to Bali’s zoning and building codes.
- Implement sustainable design practices and material selections that align with Bali’s eco-conscious development trends.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams, to ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget.
- Stay updated on emerging architectural trends, construction technologies, and industry best practices to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in architectural coordination, preferably in large-scale residential, commercial, or hospitality projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other industry-standard design and BIM software.
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies, building codes, and local regulations in Indonesia (familiarity with Bali’s standards is advantageous).
- Excellent project management, communication, and problem-solving skills to navigate complex stakeholder environments.
- Experience working in multicultural teams and international projects is highly desirable.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal); proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a significant advantage.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
