Responsibility
- Develop and present innovative interior design concepts for residential, commercial, and hospitality projects.
- Create detailed 2D/3D renderings, mood boards, and material palettes to communicate design visions.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless project execution.
- Conduct site visits to assess spatial requirements, client needs, and project feasibility.
- Source and select furniture, fixtures, finishes, and decor that align with design aesthetics and budgets.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
- Stay updated on global design trends, materials, and technologies to enhance creative output.
- Provide exceptional client service, from initial consultations to final installations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in interior design, preferably in residential or hospitality projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design software.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design styles and project types.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate design concepts to clients and stakeholders.
- Knowledge of local building codes, materials, and construction methods in Indonesia.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin, etc.) are a plus.
