Responsibility
- Develop conceptual design ideas for residential, commercial, and hospitality projects in Bali.
- Create detailed floor plans, 3D renderings, and mood boards using industry-standard software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar).
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and clients to ensure design feasibility and alignment with project goals.
- Select and source furniture, materials, finishes, and decor that match the projectās aesthetic and budget.
- Prepare and present design proposals, cost estimates, and timelines to stakeholders.
- Oversee project implementation, ensuring adherence to design specifications and quality standards.
- Stay updated on emerging design trends, sustainable materials, and local Bali-inspired aesthetics.
- Conduct site visits to assess spaces, take measurements, and resolve design challenges.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in interior design, preferably in residential or commercial projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), and 3D visualization tools.
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative, functional, and culturally adaptive designs.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Knowledge of local Bali design trends, materials, and suppliers is advantageous.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work under pressure.
- Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a passion for innovative, sustainable design.
